A Night of Banana Ball: Family Fun in SLC
A few years ago, my daughter and I went to a Banana Ball game in Salt Lake City, and it was one of the most fun baseball nights we’ve ever had. From standing in the concourse to get closer to the action, to pillow fights, trick plays, wild moments, and a guy batting on stilts, Banana Ball in SLC was pure chaos in the best way. A perfect father-daughter night full of laughs, baseball, and memories.

A few years ago, my daughter and I went to Banana Ball in SLC, and it is still one of those nights I remember.
Let me tell you… that is not normal baseball. That is baseball after drinking three energy drinks and asking, “What if we made this completely ridiculous?”
We technically had seats, but we spent almost the whole night standing in the concourse right behind them so we could be as close as possible to the action. Worth it.
There were trick plays, dancing, nonstop chaos, and at one point I’m pretty sure baseball rules just packed up and left the building.
We loved the pillow fight. Because apparently baseball needed more pillows.
And then there was a guy on stilts batting.
Yes. Stilts.
I don’t know who wakes up and says, “You know what would make hitting a baseball harder? Being nine feet tall.” But I respect it.
The whole night was a blast. Fun crowd, crazy plays, lots of laughs, and a perfect night hanging out with my daughter.
